At I Love Mondays Studio, we take pride in our high-quality digital products and strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Therefore I offer one-week refund if you don't feel like the product brings you any value.

However, we understand that getting started with digital products can sometimes be tricky, so if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our friendly customer service team is always ready to assist you and will do everything possible to help you get started with your purchase.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your digital product, we will provide support to help you troubleshoot the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a replacement product at our discretion.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for issues that arise from the customer's hardware, software, or internet connectivity, and we recommend that customers carefully read our product descriptions and system requirements before making a purchase.

Return Policy for T-shirts, Mugs & Merch:

At our store, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange the items within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label to send the item(s) back to us.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

Please note that we do not offer free returns, so customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on mugs that have been used or washed. If you receive a damaged or defective mug, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt and we will send you a replacement.
